Just start simply by using a set of doubled mini's for your work sets. A doubled set of light (purples) gives approximately 220-260+ of tension at the top depending on arm length. That is a lot of tension bubba, and is HARD on the joints and should be done as a somtimes, and NEVER more than 3 week in a row thing. How do you normally train bench/chest/shoulders/tri's?
