Barn door Shoulders

Can some one supply me with a routine that will get me some impressive barn door shoulders?
Are pyramid sets good for shoulder training??

you could try this

Side laterals: 3x20
Front Military Press: 3x12
Rear dealt raises: 2x20

or

Dumbell Press:3x15
Front Military press:3x12
Rear dealt raises: 2x15
 
Front presses ....one warmup.....5x5 heavy...last set warmup to failure
Side laterals .....4x4
Rear machine flyes...4x4
Heavy seated dumbell shrugs 5x5
 
I like 70's suggestion.

It's almost the exact set-up as my shoulder/ trap day.

Only difference is i do bent over rear flyes and barbell shrugs.
