So when I down a cup of oatmeal, it has roughly 27 grams of protein, which, if I remember correctly, aren't complete. I have been taking some pills (Twinlab's Amino Fuel 1000). The question I have is should I be taking an equal amount of grams of the pills as the protein in the oatmeal? For instance, if I am having 27 grams of an imcomplete protein should I supplement it with 27 grams of completes or are there enough of the amino acids in the pills to combine with the imcompletes without having to chug down 27 of those horse pills?
