Begginer cycle help

hi i was wondering when u run my test e cycle at 500mgs a week should i run nolva for pct two weeks after the last pin. Also, should i have arimedix for anti-e?

Ive found that the general consensus from the experienced vets on this forum is to run nolva and clomid for 4 weeks. Check some other threads for the dosages. There is no shortage of information. Unless Im mistaken, the recommendation is nolva 40/40/20/20 and clomid 50/50/50/50 or some variation.

Adex on hand is a good idea. Lots of debate whether to run it during cycle or whether to keep it on hand in case gyno develops.

^^Agree with the above PCT protocol. Always have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand at least.
