Hey guys, I'm new to the site and thought I would pose a question and see your guys thoughts. I'm 22 years old, been lifting for 7 years, and never used steroids before. For some background information, I started at 16 as a scrawny 118 pound twig seeking to add size. After years of eating, lifting, research, rest, and more eating, I weigh in at 195-200, standing at 5'10 with an approximate body fat of 12-14% (can see abs a bit). I've done a lot of research on steroids and prohormones over the years, however the consensus seemed to be not to even think of touching the stuff until 21. Now that I'm 22, and have trained as long and as much as I have, I feel as though my gains are slowing down, and feel as though I can safely attempt a cycle. I have no interest in orals or prohormones. From what I've read here it seems Test E at 500 mg a week spread out into 250 mg twice a week is a good place to start. In addition, I would run either adex .5 eod or possibly nolva during the cycle to prevent any gyno. Not tryna sport bitch tits for summer. I understand the importance of post cycle therapy (pct), if I decided for the cycle I would run nolva, 40/40/20/20. Also keep the adex on hand. I have heard mix opinions on the use of hcg for first time users, some recommend it throughout, others seem to recommend a blast. I would shoot for the cycle to last 10-12 weeks. I'm just looking for some feedback guys, I understand I'm still young and some may say that it's not safe for me. You guys are the experts. Any advice is much appreciated

Bench press- 295/3-5
Squat- 315/max effort- I do not exceed 315 bc I do not wish to blow my back out, it runs in the family
Power clean- 200, still struggling with proper technique
I do not deadlift
