If you dont know how to pose, you lose..........
If you flex the muscle being worked between stes, it helps you with posing by giving you more control of the different muscles or something............

Supposedly posing brings out your muscles more. When you learn to properly pose you start to develope that mind-muscle connection. That also is a big helper when working out. If your doing bench presses and all you feel are your tris and delts working then you have a chest problem. If you can focus your energy towards your chest contracting then you can bring it up. Posing helps! Even when you have some free time just sitting around , practice flexing muscles individually.
 
The mind muscle connection is extremely important in developing a physique that sets you apart from the other people in the gym.
 
since i really started flexing on a daily basis, in the last 6 months ive noticed tremendous results with shape and striation in all my muscles! most noticeably in my bi's (obviously!) i rarely do iso work anymore, but when i do, i do lighter weight then usual and just feel and squeeze the muscle more. flexing has helped this alot.
 
Posing seems to tighten everything up and it helps me to assess what I need to work on.
