if its your first cycle nothing really...but if you have a few runs on the board test /deca is a great stack ....deca is highly anabolic and tends to solidify the gains from test into higher quality muscle tissue....its also uprates the synthesis of protein
meaning a higher ptor ....it helps lubricate the joints and makes for pain free workouts
especially if you lift heavy or perhaps your a little older.....there is a certain synergy between test /deca combined they give a greater effect than when used singularly at higher doses ....1+1=3 so to speak........its one of my favourite cycles and never lets me down.......youll gain additional benefit from the cycle if you increase your prtein in take up around the 2-3g per pound mark........
