i know real food in better but im always missing my first meal because i dont have time and i have no appetite in the morning. whats a good bar that doesnt have a lot of sugar and doesnt lie about the protien content.
its been proven that the trioplex bars are a extreme waste of money due to the fact that the label content of protein is mislabelled and theres a very little protein in the bar
The Tri-O-Plex bars have been re-labeled...I guess there was a lot of trouble with the nutrition info...Instead of like, the 20 or so grams of carbs they reportedly had, they now say about 40+ grams...same with calories...none were over 350...now they're all at 430...fat, too...even fiber and protein...but shit they taste good...
