Best Cardio machine for weight loss?

Hello guys....!
I have been bouncing back and forth between the cross ramp, treadmill and elliptical which one will I get get better fat burning results from? please help me. Thanks in advance.....!
 
Welcome.. I would guess the one that makes you sweat the most is the best for losing weight but that's also likely to be the one that you find tougher than the others.. I've never done the treadmill and prefer outdoor running but I'd probably choose that over the cross trainer.. If it's for belly fat then maybe something else like a rowing machine would be 10X better..
 
If you're burning the same amount of calories, it doesn't matter which one you use. You can walk for 30 minutes and burn 300 calories, but I can do the same thing on the elliptical in 12-15. So it all comes down to how much time you want to spend and how hard you want to push yourself.

At the end of the day, its calories in/calories out. There's no magic machine that targets belly fat.
 
there is no magic machine... he's right

but there is a magic way of approaching ur cardio that will help you lose fat...

for example.. high intensity at 12-15 min will give u the same amount of calories burned as 30 min of low intensity... BUT

high intensity doesn't give ur body a chance to go aerobic.. or barely does.. matters to the body type...

so if you were to go 15 min high intensity after a workout (after you have eaten more importantly) vs. 30-45 min low intensity on an empty stomach .. the latter will always help you lose fat more.. cuz your body is prime to lose body fat in the morning before u eat anything.. and u do it at low intesnity in order to keep yourself from going catabolic...
