I've dropped 40 before. All I did was run. 1 mile 5 days a week for first month. Then 2 miles 5 x a week next 2 months. Didn't change my diet aside from eating more chicken (chick a filet)
Have had a lot of metal put in me from being hit by drunk driver, and can't recover from the workout. Try to start off slow and build a base to build upon, yet it doesn't work. I need something to help my body in the process, just don't know what that is, or the slightest clue on where to get it.
Do you have to order all of that stuff from overseas? The 1 time I really looked hard I found some in China, but upon placing the order they said they couldn't ship to the U.S.A.
