Best liver support?

Just want to see what you guys like to use for liver support and what you prefer

Liv52 I have used. The one I have felt the best on is liver formula by gnc. Its expensive. Honestly though I think that staying away from orals is the best. One cycle you can be fine and have all your liver enzymes checked and be good. Than something in your body changes and you cause problems. I would say just stay away from orals all together. That is the best body building information I can offer anyone just don't use oral's its not worth it at all. Even the anabolic doc that has a section in muscular development says stay away from orals. I mean no oral steroid can do what tren can do anyways.

I had ALT and AST issues before starting my cycle. Kickstarted with 4 weeks of tbol and took Liv52 alongside and both values went down considerably...well into the safe range.

I'll probably take it for the rest of my life and it's super cheap.

I always use life support and when I'm taking an oral I add Himalaya Liver Care (Liv.52)
