try V12 turbo. when i first worked out on the stuff at 16 it did what it said, gave be skin tearing pump but i stop taking it because for some reason it felt like my nut was gonna explode when i was increasing my wieghts. and last summer i picked back up V12 when i was power lifting. i kept increasing 15-20 lbs to my benches every week but it goes away fast.(thats what happend to me, dont know about u)
