Best time to get Estradiol Checked

I'm on 200 MG a week injections....when would be the best time to get my Estradiol Checked?

I'd have it checked at the same time as TT: at trough. You and your doctor don't want to see your TT at peak on 200mg.

I have a trough reading, I want to know if it is spiking high at peak because that is when I'm having most of my problems, my TT is only 590 at trough so I doubt it's going to high

I did my injection early last night at around 10 instead of 7 am today, so at 10 am tomorrow I'll get my bloodwork and that will be the 36 hour mark!
