best time to get your E2 check

When is the best time to get you E2 checked?
Would it be shortly after your test shot. If you do one shot a week is it better to wait until the 7 day or sometime in the middle?

I think that everybody does the full blood panel just before the T injection. I've not heard of anybody doing just e2, but it is a great question.

I'm interested in this too. I haven't been able to find any info that explains the timing of estrogen conversion after test injections. When is the peak conversion after injection? 24 hours? 48 hours? And just as important is the time required for an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to take affect.

I am having a full blood panel done. My doctor ordered the test to be done before next shot just didn't know if that was really a good time I have only been on test now for two months so this will be the first blood work that also includes E2 levels.

I have been testing my E2. I seem to be highest on about the third day after my shot. That also seems to be my highest test levels as well. Come to think of it, I don't think I ever tested on days 1 or 2. But day three is higher than 4 and 5 for sure.
