Usualy I wait like 1 1/2-2 months but I'm not sure I'm doing the right thing.

O Boy..Lol... Bro you should scan through the newbe Thread real quick it goes over the rules and what not.

And time off cycle should be atleast = to the time you were on the cycle.

It depend if your cycles needed post cycle therapy (pct) or not.

the longer of cycle to.

it vary, cycle to cycle.

in the case of you run, for exemple, test Cyp, Equipoise, for 10 weeks... post cycle therapy (pct) have to start after 2 week. duration of post cycle therapy (pct) 3 to 4 week.

the total recovery of system will be stable 2 week after..

So 7 week have to be among the mean time between cycles

you have to control your LSH with blood-test to be sure. but it have at least 7 weeks.

Kane Red Machine That's to much thinking for me.LOl I just include post cycle therapy (pct) as time on and I start my time off when post cycle therapy (pct) is over and stay off for no less then the time I was on. Or a bit longer sometimes for good mesures...At the least...
