I have a bum ankle (broke it a few years ago and I have a metal plate in there now) so what I do is the elliptical 5 days a week on my lunch break for 30 minutes I do a 5 min warm up and then get my heart rate up to 160 and hold it there for 30 mins then do a 5 min cool down is there a better HIIT on the elliptical?
