bicep mass?

I'm kind of a big deal...
what are some good lifts for bicep mass. it seems like the rest of my body is growing at a faster rate than my arms. That and i want huge bis. what do you think?
 
These....there pretty good, i also like BB curls as well. You can also do cheat curls with the BB. That is, at the end of your usual sets, throw in a couple of sets where you load the plates up with weight you normallywouldnt be able to hit, then as your curling the bar up, you can use your back to gain some leverage. dont completly substitute them for curls with good form though.

i do preacher curls all the time. i guess im on the right track i just have to keep increasing weight.
 
is there a pull up that does bis. do chin ups work bis with your palms facing in, close grip.
 
Yes, chin ups with your palms facing in will target your biceps more then if they were facing away from you.

Change the hand position when you do barbell curls...take a wide grip, a close grip, and/or a reverse (overhand) grip...
 
Every curl will build biceps, dumbell or barbell should be a base in youre bicep workout.
And dont forget that youre tricep is 2/3 of youre arm, so see to it that you give that more work.

Your body seeks equilibrium and my working your legs hard with heavy squats your arms will develop in conjunction. Now squats will promote overall growth because they are a great overall body exercise although they primarily work the legs and glutes.
 
You gotta give you bi's a little attention but MANY people do WAY too much isolation crap. Isolation stuff is useless for 99% of you asking this question all the time. Why? Because if you want bigger biceps you probably dont have very big biceps, and you probaby have done everything in Flex magazine to get them to grow.

I never saw a guy with skinny arms pull 500 off the floor. I never saw a guy with small arms squat 500 to the ground. With that attitude, your gonna grow some guns. Heavy compound back movements (Deads, chins and rows) +1 or 2 sets of some barbell curls here and there is a good place to start.
 
yes, focus on the cores. Predominantly squats and deadlifts heavy. Along with eating correctly you will grow everywhere, including your guns.

+1 Also use heavy weight. My best body part is my Bi's. That's the first body part everyone notices on me. I push my Bi's & Tri's to crazy ass limits. Put your mind in the muscle when you work out.
