read it again, its says they WILL reship with a customs letter the first time but not anytime after. They do EMS my stuff was here in less than a week.

biogen is poor quality and they will short you on your order. I got burned on two orders from this lab. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK. GOOD LUCK.

I've read a lot of mixed reviews on Biogen...I personally wouldn't use them.
