Blast and Cruise

Just wondered if there are others out there with experience of this method and the optimal blast times you've encountered.

Currently I use a moderate 600mg when blasting of Test Cyp (No other compounds) and 200 when cruising of which 16 weeks blasting 16 weeks crusing.

Probably will include Tren in future blasts as I can get hold of it for a good price and have considered using sus also as someone owes me a few bottles.

I've read that sus can give a nice hard look at lower bf percentages and we all know the deal with tren, I'm just curious as to whether adding these in to my blast periods would be overkill at my current level.

Years training -2 (1 1/2 natural) I feel silly now for jumping on so early and If I could rewind I would have taken a different path but thats another story.
Height- 6.2
Current weight 210lbs around 13% bf
Aim - 8% bf at around 195lb

When I started training I was around 250lb and a fat ass never trained before in my life got down to 185lb with little mass, bulked up naturally to 200 at around 16% then did a ridiculously advised cycle from someone I knew and ended up in my current position where I just decided to stay on rather than risk all the problems associated with coming off cycle.

Obtaining the gear isn't an issue for me so I'm not risking not having access to it and I have decided to stay on now and want to know the safest and most optimal way to go about it.
 
Is it? Im 28 and im still debating it. You should Posts in the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) section thats what they do. You should consult a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) doctor as well. We have a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) place as a sponser on here as well. What is your testosterone level? If its anything over 600ng/dl I dont think its worth potentially ruining your good natural genetics.
 
Well my aim is to be 260lb at 6,2 8% bf I'm going to need to get everything right.

My current goal is to get down to sub 8%bf and I should be around 195lb then.

Once I reach 8% I will cruise on 250 test per week for 16 weeks and then I have a massive blast planned which I have the gear for but I'm waiting to use.

I should be at 8% by 15th of January all going well.

My mass cycle will include HGH, tren ace, test enth and equipose.

Not sure on doses yet but I'l run that for about 120 days and then cruise for the rest of the year at 250.

When I say blast and cruise I don't intend to do 16 weeks on 16 weeks HRT just one big blast for 4 months and then rest for 8 months.

At least for this year.

Have had blood work and all my levels are good except my BP was a tad high which the doc wasn't too concerned about, just need to watch my sodium.

If anyone has any input for improvements ect I would be glad of the input as I'm eager to learn from those in the know and would be willing to make adjustments if the information I receive is backed up by research.

My aim is to be able to get on stage sometime in the next 3 years, I'm never going to be a pro (started too late and no idea whether I have the genetics for it) but being as big and muscular as I can Is something I have to achieve in my lifetime.
