Kind of a strange question, but is there anything wrong with using a blender on a good portion of the food you eat? I still eat at least one meal a day normally (knife/fork), but I like to blend up alot of my meals.. (oatmeal, tuna, olive oil, chicken, fish, pb ect.) It's so much easier to eat alot of calories this way and it is much quicker to drink your meals than to eat them(if you can handle the taste of some of the shit). I was just wondering if the protein in the food can be damaged or if there are any other reasons why this is a bad idea? Like I said, i still get in at least one meal a day the normal way, because i would assume that eating only liquid meals may eventually mess with your normal digestion, but aside of that....?
