blend crazy

Kind of a strange question, but is there anything wrong with using a blender on a good portion of the food you eat? I still eat at least one meal a day normally (knife/fork), but I like to blend up alot of my meals.. (oatmeal, tuna, olive oil, chicken, fish, pb ect.) It's so much easier to eat alot of calories this way and it is much quicker to drink your meals than to eat them(if you can handle the taste of some of the shit). I was just wondering if the protein in the food can be damaged or if there are any other reasons why this is a bad idea? Like I said, i still get in at least one meal a day the normal way, because i would assume that eating only liquid meals may eventually mess with your normal digestion, but aside of that....?
 
hehe, its not as bad as it sounds. Especially with tuna... that's my main source of protein, cuz im poor, and i cannot eat that shit anymore, like for real, i fucking gag... but you mix a can with 8oz of water, blend and then just hammer the shit, its not so bad. :40oz:
 
Hey mate, I am with you on this one, I blend every thing as well, if I am totally knackered after a work out I get home and blend a meal up and knock it back in 20-30 secs, much easier than sitting and taking 1/2 hour to eat it. I do the same with tuna, blend 4 cans and have that all through the day. Seems ok to me as you are still consuming the necessary amounts of food. Hey dude, what ever it takes to get big dude, no one said it was easy or nice.
 
dude..tell me about it..its 7:05 and ive been up since 6:30...i've already downd 1,450 cals, 113.5g protein, and 121 carbs...im stuffed right now..
