So I switched from a shot evey 5 days at 200ml to e3d at 40ml....Dropped to e3d to get better hormone levels and try to stop or reduce my Aromatase inhibitor (AI).

Just took my first blood test yesterday prior to my injection. My test level was lower than I thought it would be.

Id like to have my test levels to stay between 900-1200. How must should I increase my dose?

Did the Female Panel from privatelabs...

Test - 598 .... lower than I thought

Estradiol - 27.9 ... Very happy with this ! Not taking any Aromatase inhibitor (AI).

Hematocrit - 46.3 .... was 49, so glad to see this lower.

Thoughts ?

dont you mean mg not ml. lol that would be insane if it was ml.

also how long has it been since you switched the dose? i got mine taken about 5 weeks after i switched mine to 50mg e3d.

I made the switch about 7weeks ago.....yes mg not ml ... lol

What were your levels at when you were at 200mg e5d?
Essentially you went from a dose of 280mg week to 80 mg.
I'm dosing 75mg e3d and my last blood work came back at 950.

Your current dose is approx 1/3rd what you were previously on and your associated test results are close to 1/3rd of what they were when you were 200mg e5d.

A conservative estimate would be 60 or 70mg e3.5d would get you above 800.

How are you feeling at your current levels?

Feel ok, Ill move it up to 75mg and retest in 4weeks. Hoping i can avoid going back on my Aromatase inhibitor (AI), but got a feeling ill have to add it.

Since you just got labs done and your bumping up the T a little, why don't you try to add some DIM and maybe Resveratrol to control your E? The only bad thing would be if you needed to add an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) anyway after your next test, you wouldn't know the affect the DIM and Resveratrol were having. Then again, I think high E symptoms are a good sign as to when you have to add or increase your Aromatase inhibitor (AI). Either way, keep us posted.

I don't know why everyone is so scared of using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), when they came out they were a god send to the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) world....... still are.

Oak, its not that im scared of using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) but there are known side effects that comes with using them.

Not to mention the cost of the better AIs can be more than Test alone.

So if I can eliminate my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) without running a high E2 and keep my Test levels in a good range... Why wouldnt I ??
