Hey I finally had the opportunity to travel to the US to get my blood work done. It's been over 7 months since my last cycle , I don't feel like I am fully recovered . Could someone please look over my results to tell me what's going on and what I need to do to fix it.
Unfortunately I do not know where I was before I did my last cycle. We are not able to get this sort of testing done in Canada so I made a trip to the states to get it done. Should I just run nolva clomid 100/40 for 4 weeks ? How about hcg?

I would personally go longer with the SERM's, but hopefully someone else more experienced in that area can confirm. HCG itself is suppressive, so I would not go that route at this point in time.

It's one of the easiest tests to get a false reading from based on your level of hydration. I wouldn't worry too much about it unless it's consistently high or way out of range.
You appear to still be partially suppressed/suffering from low pituitary output. I think the biggest question you should be asking is, "am I ready for TRT?".
I'm not telling you that it's a 100% fact that you're going to be on TRT, but if you choose to put your pituitary to sleep again before it has recovered fully (assuming it can), you drastically increase the odds that it won't recover.
I don't think anyone here can answer that question for you, so I'd think long and hard before deciding what to do.
