I've looked around a little bit and mostly all i see are power lifting routines. Can anyone give me advice on how to train or some routines if i'm body building?

squat, bench, heavy back work and deads ought to get ya there.

you wanting to add muscle mass and get strong?

well there ya have it.

or you can train like ronie coleman does.

he squats, benches, pulls deads, and does heavy back work. just in case you didnt like the first option i listed.

Well said, I consider myself more of a bodybuilder than a powerlifter but I train with powerlifters quite more often than not.

yeah ronnie coleman is my inspiration. i just downloaded his vid the unbelievable on my comp. i have never seen anyone use weights like he does. after seeing that, i look at BBing totally different. i like the way he trains, basic movements, extremely heavy weights, super intensity. he was a PLer for 13 years, listen to pullinbig. i must admit, i never trained that heavy (except deadlifting) on most exercises so im going to do that now.

what puzzles me is he does train for more reps though but not on everything. he squats for 4 reps, then 10 (4 was too heavy with 585?). he dumbell benched 200 lb for 12 reps, but he pulls 760 for 4 and then 805 for 2. he rows around 8 reps, but does like 20 for arms with a lower intensity. his form is also a bit loose but how can it not be with such big weights. the key is increasing the poundage at the gym. listen to pullinbig!!
