These photos are about 2 weeks old, I would take new ones but my camera on my phone is cracked. Currently in the gym 5x a week doing splits. Dieting on 2000 Calories (500 Deficit) with 200g Protein, 150g carbs, 67g fat. Just taking Multi, fish oil, and protein. Looking to drop my BF down a considerable amount and do a bulk this winter. 173 pounds at last weigh in two weeks ago. I'm estimating like 18% but I wasn't sure, and you guys seem to be very knowledgeable. Thank you!
