Body parts..how many times a week??

Just wonderin how many times a week u train each body part?? and what body part on which day?? .. Need a few idea's for my new routine .. cheers
 
Over the years I have trained many different ways, but I see most of my gains when I train legs twice per week and everything else once per week. For example, I train chest and tri's on Tuesday, legs on Wednesday, back on Thursday, Shoulders and bi's on Saturday, and legs again on Sunday. Different training works for different people, you know what they say different strokes for different folks. Good luck!
 
thanks for that,deff helps me out... guess i'll stick to once per week as atm ive been doing most body parts twice and at first my gains were great but has slowed down alot now so going to change my routine style.
