Bodybuilding diets.....

We as bodybuilders eat at least 5 meals per day, and they all include roughly 50-60 grams of protein. We do this EVERYDAY OF OUR LIVES, FOR THE REST OF OUT LIVES!

Do you guys ever take a day or two off and eat like 3 NORMAL meals?

Just curious. Its pretty crazy when you think about it.......EVEVY DAY FOR THE REST OF YOU LIFE......

When I was a kid, I was happy eating 3 NORMAL meals a day. I hate eating lots everyday.... It gets old and a pain in the ass.
 
I eat 6 - 7 meals each day, but I also have snacks throughout the day as well. Now that I am cutting, I have limited myself to 6 meals each day. Bulking on the other hand, I eat all day everyday! I find that if I keep my calories clean, I can put on a good amount of muscle without running into bodyfat troubles.

Yeah, but you have to admit, eating lots everyday, forever is kinda crazy. I just wish I could eat like I did when I was a kid. I know I would be healthier eating less, even though im eating health foods. Do you guys ever take a few days off and eat normal ammounts? Eating 6 meals for life is crazy when you give it thought.

Im glad I dont need to eat like you easto! Hahaha. I used to eat like you, but found that if I do, you gain fat. I now know the EXACT ammount I need, but its still kinda lots. I wish I could have a break and not shrink.
