Bone pain. PLEASE HELP!!!

I've been experiencing pulsating bone pain all over my body - long bones, jaw,and inside the ears, could this be due to vitamin b injections + iron + zinc?my hemoglobin went from 120 g/L to 140 g/L in 3 weeks, free test went from 5.35 ng/mL-LH 4.8 U/L
to 6.80 ng/mL-LH 3.8 U/l wtf...am i in risk of a premature epipyseal closure? im lean and muscular my estradiol is <20 pg/mL
vitamin b12 692 pg/ml
ferritin 22.7 ng/ml
also my vascularity has greatly increased and my nuts are cold all the fkn time !!!
i've been anemic as long as i can remember...
PLEASE HELP !!!
