Nim
Somebody Else
I've been working out for over a year now. I don't put much into it. I work out my arms with a weight bar for 15-20 minutes. I started doing this every other day but ended up doing it about once a week for about 3 months. Im starting to try and do it every other day again.
The problem is that through out this whole time I have had problems with my bones hurting really bad when I lift. I started and stopped working out before this a few times because of this problem. I finally decided I was just going to go easy every time it happens rather than stopping. This even happens when lifting 15 pound barbels in each hand. Right now Im curling a bar with 45 pounds on each side. I downgraded from 50 pounds on each side because of my bones hurting. What can I do to make this stop being a constant problem? I don't want to keep on downgrading and going easy on myself to get it to stop.
