boring. would rather just starve.

How can you guys stand to eat all of this stuff so regularly:

salmon with a salad
chicken with a cup of asparagus
steak with a cup of rice


don't you just get so damn sick of it? a lot of the time i feel like I would rather just eat nothing and starve. instead of forcing down something boring that i dont want.
 
I'm guessing you're still cutting, and if that's the case, I feel your pain. I Struggle more to meet my caloric needs when I'm cutting than when I'm bulking, because eating chicken and lean cuts all the time gets boring fast. I often resort to chewing my food than flushing it down with water or cheating with a whey shake and peanuts or almonds.

With that being said, you can add a lot of variety to your meals by using some new seasonings, new marinades, going to restaurants. Cook up some shrimp, mussels or lobster if your budget allows you to. Be creative and experiment, worst thing that could happen is you cook something that tastes equally shity, but at least it's still a change, a new shade of sawdust tasting chicken:laugh3:

Kicking ass at the gym aint hard - it's fun. Eating the same plain, cardboard tasting chicken or fish over and over is not. That's the hard part about bodybuilding.

true. 5 hours a week in the gym is nothing. and that's all you need.

breakfast is especially difficult for me. not much my stomach can handle in the morning. so I normally eat a sausage mcmuffin and a hash brown with a latte. atleast I get about 20g protein from the latte.

I have tried to eat eggs a dozen times. I just cant stand them though.

how do you cook your chicken? Do you consume supplements.
I personally love my george foreman grill and i ad lemon pepper with some steak one carb free spices.. tastes real good!
