Bottle top filters/filtration system other than syringe filter

Any1 uses these? I'm looking into new ways of filtering, other than the conventional syringe filters (forearms are getting big...) . I'm concerned about the sterility of the bottle wich receive the filtrated solution; do you just draw the oil from the bottle and transfer it to vials? Like without any sort of 'rubber stoper' on the top? Also, what kind of membrane would you suggest (considering its .22um)

The best type of filter material for brewing is PVDF. There are rubber caps and stoppers available for covering your media bottle. And yes, you draw the hormone out of the media bottle and put it into individual vials. If you are concerned about the sterility of the media bottle and have access to an autoclave, use that. Look at the specifications on your media bottle to make sure it is autoclavable (be sure it is made of glass)

if you're worried about sterility use an oven big brah. sterilize that junk yourself. easy as pie
