bottom outer chest?

lately i've been focusing more on decline because the lower portion of my chest wasn't up to par IMO, but the outer portion of my lower pecks is sturggling really bad and i can't seem to find anything the help it. it seems that no matter what i do the stress is focused more towards the inside. if any of you know anything i can do to work that area let me know.
 
I am not sure what you will be able to do, but try standing up straight in between two high pulleys and do crossovers, but stand almost upright and bring them to your waist. Unless you are getting on stage i wouldn't worry about it though.
 
pushups with your palms together, right where your xiphoid process is, at the bottom of your ribcage in the middle of your chest :)
