I've heard a few different nutritionist speak about mixed nutrients are much better for you and you should not consistently eat the same foods but it is better to mix it up. Do yall feel the same stands true for protien. I make sure I eat three different meats every day, chicken breast being the most eaten. The only one I make sure I eat every single day is beef.
