normally benches are too high. i use cardio steppers. stack um up to about 2" below parrallel and have at it. if that aint avaialble just build you one out of wood. make it maybe 18" x 18" good luck
Box squats is not ment to de doing with maximun weights too often. You do them to improve your form and lern to sit back properly. They are also great to build explosive strength and flexibility.
I use an old Aerobic Step and a pair of old Ford Van Mags Seriously. I put the mags down flat on the ground, put the aerobics step on top of them, then put a thin piece of carpet on the wood box. I've done this for quite a few years.
