boxing routine

im looking for a boxing style routine that i can perform 2-3 times a week. hopefully pullnbig and the rest of you gurus can chime in!

so far i have:

MWF

EXERCISE SETS REPS
1. Bench Press 3 8
2. Shoulder Presses 3 10
3. Upright Rows 2 10
4. Lateral Raises 2 15
5. Lat Machine Pulls 2 12
6. Leg Press or Squat 3-4 20
7. Leg Extension 3 15
8. Leg Curl 3 15
9. Calf Raises 2 40-50
10. Curls 2 25
11. Dips 2 (bodyweight as many as you can)
ab work: 2-3 times a week, 2-3 exercises.

(this routine was taken from strength cats)

*i have my roadwork,speedwork and bag work for cardio.
