Hi there
my name is lindsay, im 25 and live in phoenix, my boyfriend is helping me lose my "tummy" since we are in a long distance relationship he is mainly moral support plus he handles all the tech stuff in my program, here is the program he has outlined for me so far
Shaun T (Rocking Body) 5 days weekly at 45 minutes per day (roughly a 400 calorie burn)
Hoopnotica Hoopdancing (1 hour a day 7 days a week) using a 3 pound weighted exercise hoop ( i love to do this but the bruises are horrendous, battle wounds i guess)
thats all for cardio, he has me on a calorie limit of 956 calories a day which if i watch what my intake is is not to bad, i am feeling no ill effects from the exercise and i am not even sore after working out anymore
My starting weight was 149 pounds 1 week ago last night, my goal weight is 130 pounds in about 8 weeks from now, im not on a massive diet plan just looking to tone up
I followed my program all week and when i weighed in last night i was still 149 pounds!!! i hadnt lost anything?, but when we took my body log measurements thats where we saw the real story
According to the measurements i lost 1 inch off my waist (down from 36 to 35) and 2 inches came off my hips (down from 41 to 38) in a week, i saw no change in my bicep (13) or my forearm (10) my chest (38) or my calf (15) i did see an inch off my neck (15 down to 14) and also strangely enough i saw an inch gained on my thighs (up from 25 to 26 )
i can only guess i am dropping fat and building muscle at the same time, we have been researching something called clenbuterol from RUI products (a trainer recommended i use it) but it seems like nasty stuff
the question is will i need to jump start my weight loss with a supplement like clen?, we are going to keep me on the same routine for calorie restriction and cardio , plus im adding a half hour of a program called turbo jam, ive done it before and its fun. We are going to keep this up until my next weigh in next week, if i havent lost any weight (or heaven forbid i gained some) then we are going to seriously consider clen or some other supplement,
I am 5' 1, i weigh 149 putting my BMI at 28.15, im 25 and i dont think 130 is unreasonable, truth is only fat part is my tummy and i am seeing that dissapear
so below i attached some screens of the software he is using to log everything, its basically a 1 day printout, i get them automatically daily once i report my activity and food intake, so whats the deal on this clen, can it help me, am i on the right track?
