Brown Rice

So I purchased and made some brown rice. It was okay, but it wasn't nearly as good as the brown the they have at PF Changs. The rice at PF Changs isn't fried rice or anything like that. It really is rice that is brown; much more brown than the rice that I bought.

Anyone know the story behind all of this? Like, is there a more specific name for the brown rice at PF Changs?
