Budget lean suggestion list

So Im trying to budget diet.

I'm 6.0FT 250lbs 24-26%.

I have a few injuries (ankle) (rib cage) and (shoulder) so certain activities I cant do much off. I can do anything I just can perform them 100% at times do to pain.

So alot of what I can do is high rep, or cardio.

I think personally that I should have about 2800 cal 200 protien 100 carb and 80 fat but idk. either way thats not really the issue.




Guys what are some really cheap foods that offer both marco and micro nutrients ?
