I noticed as i'm gaining muscle...everything grows at about the same rate(except maybe the calves). IF my legs are sm. to begin w/how am i ever going to get them to catch up w/the rest of my body if everything grows about the same???
Yeah...i am. I didn't say they weren't growing, but they're growing about the same as everything else. I add 10lbs, i usually gain about 3/4-1" to arms, chest, legs, etc.
Ok...the ? is how can i get my LEGS to grow FASTER/MORE then the rest of me. I do squats now(hack, front, zercher, box, etc.) but as I add weight I gain size ALL over, so at that rate, my legs will always be chicken legs cuz they will always be out of proportion to the rest of my body. You guys say keep doing squats. Thats it?? Was thinking about trying for 2x per wk. Like some fronts or zerchers on dl day then my reg squats and hacks on leg day. But don't wanna over train either. So I'm asking for a more detailed answer instead of just keep doing squats. # sets/reps...how many days per wk...etc. Is there something i'm missing that would help beef my legs up more?? I'm pretty clueless when it comes to leg work. Just don't know near as much about is as upper body. Just asking for advise/pointers.
Youre prob. right PB. I'm selling all my car stereo shit so should have some $$ to play w/soon enough. What kind of camera did u say u got again?? U've seen my stats before too, what kind of gains can I expect to see if I hire u?? Or can't u answer that ?
if yoy eat and train like i ask youll make good gains. works everytime. only had 1 guy who didnt make good gains and he didnt do what i asked. but he still made gains.
