bulking diet. last help!

ok i know i have had other post with my diet in it but im just making sure evrything is perfect for best results.does evryone think this diet is good to gain alot of mass. my stats are 6'2 200. i changed meal 8 to 2 double cheese bugers from mc donads for fat and cals. but hows it look.

(8am) Meal 1: Pro/Carb
8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal,fruits
50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat

(10am) Meal 2: Pro/Fat
Lean Ground Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies
55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat

(12) Meal 3: Pro/Carb
Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice
55g protein / 64g carbs / 3g Fat
**Disclaimer: Meal 3 can be a pro/fat meal if you are ultra sensitive to carb intake.

(2pm) Meal 4: Pro/Fat
2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies
60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat

Workout

(4pm) Meal 5: PWO Nutrition
2 Scoops whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose
40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat

(6pm) Meal 6: PPWO
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)
50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat

(8pm) Meal 7: Pro/Fat
Ground Beef, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
50g protein / 5g carbs / 18g fat

(10pm) Meal 8: Before Bed
3 Scoops of whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil
60g protein / 3g carbs / 21g Fat
 
parts of it are retarded.

why mayonaise? mayonaise is pure shit. every once in a while, fine, but dont actually make this part of your ideal diet. stick with olive or flax or fish oil, or almond butter, or a big handful of nuts.

also id switch meal 3 and 4. have the pro/carb meal before your workout, not pro/fat.

also, I wouldnt have two double cheeseburgers past the 6pm meal. I also wouldnt include them daily, but id have no problem eating them if youre pressed for time and dont really have any other option. But if you can get away with eating them and stay lean, go nuts.

If you gain weight, its perfect. As long as you dont gain it too fast.

To gain mass, you can eat whole eggs sometimes. Also I'll have to agree w/ Suareezay onn the mayonaise take it out, and replace the mayonaise w/ meal 8's flax seed oil.
 
ok so take out the mayo and add flax/olive and ill just make bugers at home for meal 8 and i dont gain fat easily at all so im goin to try to eat as much as i can to get goood mass. so eny advice is wanted. so would like 5-6 whole eggs be better?
 
ok but is the die pretty good though do u see some good gains from it? im up for eny changes if it will add improvement in gains
 
Another thing, keep the skin on the chicken breast, not all the time but sometimes, since your gonna workout your gonna burn it off anyway. 'Cause your going to need a certain amount of fat to help you gain mass plus it'll keep your diet from getting tasteless and boring.
 
yea man its fine. you got all the foods down, and at the right times (the easy part). now its just a matter of figuring out the portions (the hard part) so you can prevent gaining too much fat.

give the diet a few weeks and see what happens.

be careful thought. i thought the same thing, so when people told me to eat everything in site when i first started lifting and had no idea what i was doing, i started drinking N-large shakes in milk for breakfast lunch and dinner, with huge meals throughout the day and i gained plenty of fat.
