meal 2(post workout)

2 pieces of grilled chicken

tuna fish
brown rice/pasta/baked potato
meal 5

i did this routine ususally everyday....its pretty goood i felt....i followed everyday but sometimes i cheated and hit up taco bell late nite sometime but anyways i gained like 28 lbs in 6-8 weeks.....
