how much does it to overtrain? really just depends on the individual i can train twice a week and average about 6 hours of sleep and be fine but for another who knows it may take 8-9 hours of sleep
the symptoms can range from no motivation to lack there of, fatigue to just not having any desire to train or do anything at all and of course getting sick
