What can I say, I love it. Have been a 2-4 cup a day guy for years. Always monitor my blood pressure and have been in check for years. I consume 10 glasses of water a day to make up for any dehydrating effects. Also, it's in most of my pre-workout supps. I've heard/read conflicting news on caffeine's effect on muscle building. I've been a user for so long, I wouldn't know how I'd manage without it. Anyone know if caffeine hinders gains in a significant way?
