planning to go on a cut, what should my macros look like, i was planning to try low carb but not keto, how low should i go.. i haven"t tried anything different.. so im hoping to try this and see how my body reacts.. planning to drop 250-300 calories at a time because im sure my TDEE has changed so i need to find that sweet spot again how about
