Calf training-past paralell during negative(stretch)?

For those with monster calfs, do u guys stretch down past the neutral starting position or almost return to starting position?
 
300 reps almost to starting position 2 times a week slow movement,

Im thinking that by doing it by the two different ways listed your going to build them differently. I guess it depends on how u want them to look/devolop
