calves/abs on cardio days

If that's how you want to break it up, I don't see a problem with it. It's rather unconventional to do calves on cardio day mainly because typically cardio is jogging. And that in itself could be a calf workout if you wanted(alternate running on toes for set time or distance). How in depth do you get with your ab workout? Do you just mean a couple sets of situps or are you doing a complete core workout? I see that you have 4x abs on your schedule, but no exercise name.
 
for abs I change up exercises usually 1 work out has Rockies at an incline with some static holds and other work out will usually be done on ball with deep stretch. 4 to 5 sets, reps vary based on hold times or weight when used.
