can i inject my test prop powder this way

my reason for not wanting to inject oil is that i cannot afford it. i can barely afford the test powder. i have some 20% alcohol in water on hand though lol...

OP, no offense intended, but if you can not afford the hobby you should probably find a better use for your money. You don't sound like you have much, steroids are more of a luxury item in life rather than a necessity. I know you are going to do what you are going to do, but I think you should re-evaluate your priorities when it comes to money.
