Can i start with cycle?

Hi all. Can i start with this cycle? What do you think is it fine to start? And i was thinking to add 40mgs of Dbol for first 4 weeks is it bad idea?

If you're old enough, that looks like a really nice first cycle. Pin twice a week and maybe consider adding Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) while on cycle, but it looks good!

You could probably just run 50mg of Clomid for all 4 weeks, not sure that 100mg per day is necessary.
 
dont taper up the arimidex... if .25 works good no reason to go .5, dbol take from week 2-5 rather then 1-4 since it gives off heavy estrogen and u wont have arimidex, it probably wouldn't even hurt to run .25ed or .5ed while on dbol
 
So 1st week no arimidex, second week i can add 40mgs of dbol and run 0.5 EOD or ED to week 5, after 5-12 again to go with 0.25 mg of arimidex eod?
 
I like it. I would start at 20 on your first day, then move up just to give your system a chance to get used to it, assuming you've never used it before. On gym days, I like 30-40 about 1-2 hours pre-workout, on off days, I usually take 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon and just leave it at that. Sometimes I skip it all together on off days just to give my liver a break. I would recommend adding liver support, ALA and NAC together are supposed to be the best, I also take Liv-52 in addition. Dbol creates a lot of estrogen, so you might need to up your adex a little while running it. I've had good luck with 1/2mg E3D to EOD depending on how I feel. I like to go on the lower side but up it at the first sign of symptoms, for me, if my nips get a little itchy I up the dose.

Dont up your dose of adex. Keep it .25mg the whole cycle, UNLESS you need to add more as in youre feeling symptoms of gyno.

Like Rumpy said, only take about 20-25mg od dbol the first day or two to allow your body to get used to it.

Also, what are you stats? Age, height, weight, goals, ect.
 
I understand. And if i feel symptoms of gyno , i can add 0.50mgs of adex Every day for 2-3 weeks?

I was going to gym 4 years from now
My goal is: to get this summer 90 or 92 kg's. I had 87 than i started to go on diet to get some definiton of muscle. And i cant move from 78kgs now, that was my biggest mistake ever.
 
I take 1 liv-52 DS and 2 Liver Armor capsules twice a day, Morning and night. You might find ALA and NAC cheaper if you buy them separately instead of in a blend like Liver Armor. I think it's OK to discuss sources for OTC stuff, so I would check Amazon or SBmuscle. There've been a fair number of threads on liver support, so you should be able to find lots of other information and opinions if you search the forums.

BTW, the very first thing I said, was "if you're old enough", Like Fieldsy asked, what are your stats? (We're just going to ignore how old Fieldsy is :) )
 
Hmm, I'm going to put on my 'sensible old man' hat and tell you to wait a few years, but when you are ready, your cycle is a good one.
 
IMO i feel youre a little too light to be using AAS. Youre 170-173 lbs sitting around 6 foot. Sounds way light to me actually. You just need to eat dude. Eat alot.

haha. Yeah lets leave that out of this. I am one of the exceptions. :)

So what do you think, to go to about 82-83 kgs and than to start with this cycle?
 
I started when i was 193 lbs. Soooo.. around 86-87 kgs is when i would start if i were you. go research about dieting. A lot of guys think they know how to diet, but honestly there is a lot of good info about how to put on good weight with good carbs and fats and what not. If you train and eat hard youll see just about as good of gains as you would with gear, since if youre only 170 lbs im guessing your diet isnt THAT great.
 
We were typing at the same time, so I didn't see your post until mine was done. In 2 years, when you start your first cycle, at the age of 25, after putting on 20-30 pounds with good diet and hard lifting, I would just do dbol at 20 for 1 day, I can tell you from personal experience, the very first time I tried it, I took 30-40, (don't remember) all at once with my usual superpump max pre-workout, and it was a little too intense. I had a really shitty workout that day, but now that's my normal routine and feels just right. All I'm saying is just dip your toe on the first day and listen to your body, you'll know how much feels right and when it's time to up the dose.
 
Okay than , thx for advice. So ill go to 85kgs ill try to do that in 40-60 days with 6meals a day. Than ill start cycle
