Can Someone Judge my diet

Hey Guys ive lsot 25kgs in 2 months right now im trying to cut up so this is hw it goes:

Age: 21
Weight: 85kg or 186 pounds

Breakfast(9am): Weet Bix ( im an aussie so yeah lol) with bananas and low fat milk with a table spoon of honey + 2 glass of water

Snack (10-11am) - Two Green Apples

Lunch (12-3pm ) Tuna with springwater add some cucumber ..tomatos and lettuce eat with a spoon + 4 glass water

4-5pm Grapefruit and then have Shotgun creatine for workout

5-6.30pm- Proten shake after my workout consists of banana and honey added by 20 min cardio session + gatorade

Dinner ( 7-8pm) 2 lean breast chicken with salad and basmati rice with 4 glass of water

9pm- have a cup of green tea



wat do u guys reckon is this a good ?


plus i workout 5-6 days a week and cardio 4 tyms a week
