Can someone take a look at my limited blood results?

Hi everyone! My name is Adam and I'm a 25 years old male 6'0 230lbs (chubby) and symptoms of low T

Testosterone 506 ng/dl ( ref=348-1200) ...... tested at 8AM after I slept a full 10 hours (clean diet, no alcohol or drugs)
Total Estrogen 135 pg/mL (ref=40-115)
Prolactin 16 ng/mL (ref=4-15.2)

I've always feel fatigued and tired (and all the symptoms to go with low testosterone), so he took my blood pressure which was high (160/100) and he told me you just need to lose weight and you'll be fine. I pleaded to have my testosterone and estrogen levels checked and this is what came back. I thought he was going to measure everything but didn't include SHBG, free testosterone, LH, FSH, estradiol and so I was disappointed. I was surprised my testosterone wasn't low but expected very much that my estrogen was high(and it was). I haven't went back to the doctor since I got my blood results but have an appointment next week (tho he told me on the phone that I was going to get an MRI for pituitary). So I have a few questions.....

1) Should I ask him for an AI(adex)? If my estrogen is high does that mean my estradiol is high as well? He already talked to my mom ahead of time and told her that my estrogen isn't a problem I shouldn't worry about it..... kinda threw me off. Should I just lose weight instead and decrease estrogen (by decreasing the aromotase from fat)? I have man boobs btw.

2)My total testosterone is 500 at 8AM when its suppose to be highest, is that a poor value for a 25 year old man? I imagine my levels get to 300 or less as the day goes, no? My total testosterone:estrogen ratio is 3.75......bad?

3) I have taken a physiology class, so I'm guessing if I reduce my prolactin and estrogen that my testosterone will increase, no? Because I really would like to have higher testosterone than 500 in the morning.

4) Should I ask for a prolactin inhibitor? It just barely (+1) above normal.

5) Should I ask him to do the blood test again with more complete values?

Thank you very much for taking the time to read this. I'm new to the forum and have learned a lot already just by surfing the forum for the last few weeks. I would really appreciate it if anyone had insight to any of these questions. Much love. :rainbow:

you need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), if he wont give you one get one from RUI or a reputable source, once your E2 levels are down your energy will come back and the belly fat can begin to burn away. dont worry about the prolactin yet, one step at a time
your test score of 500 is ok, you can do a lot with that if you get the free test available and reducing the estrogen conversion is step one, then get moving, you have to drop body fat, aromatise enzyme lives in the fat

Thanks for the response.

They have three available on their website, which should i choose?
LiquiDex 30mL 1mg/mL
Liquid Letro 30mL 2.5mg/mL
Liquid Stane 30mL 25mg/mL

So these are all injectables? Are there any oral AI's?

yeah with those T numbers I would attack the estrogen first as that will in the end probably raise your T levels. And if you lose body fat you may be cured forever who knows.

I just ordered liquidex and I am on day three of taking it nothing crazy as of yet, and I am expecting to see what happens in a week or two, but from I gather it acts pretty quickly.

These are all orals they come with a oral syrange. mix it in something to drink put in the back of your moth and swallow. From what I gather a good dose to start is .25mg every other day or twice a week. Dont know anything about stane, but from what I gather letro is really powerful and you may want to stay away, Letro is Letrozole and dex is Armidex put into liquid, also from that I read the liquid strong than any pill. Start low and maybe twice a week to start then go from there.

You really need proper blood work man. You should get a sensitive assay for an accurate e2 indication anyway.
Based on a knee jerk the obvious solution is a low dose Aromatase inhibitor (AI). If you lower e2 your prolactin will also drop. There is a directly proportional relationship between the two. That being said i'll say it again before I'd do anything Id get proper blood work.

either the LiquiDex or the Liquid Stane, Dex is cheaper but may give you high blood presure, i like Aromasin (stan) better use 12.5 daily even 6.25 daily after you retest blood

Get your E2 (estradiol) checked. Estrogen is interesting, but not that meaningful. I agree with the recommendation of getting "proper" lab tests done before you start .

Appreciate all the response and help. This forum is one the most friendly, helpful on the web. I visit other forum (NBA, UFC, Sneakers, Bodybuilding, Reddit) and nothing really compares. Thx agn.

Yeah, I need to get the proper blood test but I feel like it would sound dickish if I went to him after I just got a blood test to ask for more specific values. :/

If you search slickdeals.net, you can normally find a 'female hormone panel' (which is what you actually need, even as a male) coupon for Quest. Its like $50 or so to get the panel done.

slickdeals.net/f/5391512-Blood-Test-Compilation-Deals-35-CBC-lipid-140-CBC-lipid-TSH-PSA-CRP-TIBC-hormone-47-Vitamin-D

You'll have to scour for coupon codes. It looks like some of the coupons are dead. @ one point there was a $20 option.

Adam,

I agree with most you need more blood work. Specifically get your thyroid levels checked (TSH). Given your physical stats and symptoms you maybe hypo-thyroidal which can cause low testosterone levels.
Treating your elevated E2 levels is only a band aid solution as it won't address the root cause of the symptoms.

Best of luck bro

Thx for the response.

I forgot to mention but I actually got the basic labs done and my TSH and T3 levels were normal(can't remember the exact numbers as I don't have the labs at hand). Good looking out though. Nothing abnormal in my labs, tho Vit D was towards the low end and I know that may contribute to the fatigue. Also my ALT liver enzyme was slightly high.

I'm still amazed I don't have low T. I have literally almost no arm hair and VERY little body hair. Everyone always asks if I shave my arms lol. And it's been this way my whole life. I've got man boobs well larger than my weight would indicate. I'm thinking I may have sleep apnea as I know that can mess with testosterone and other hormones. I almost never feel refreshed after a long night of sleep.

The doctor just told my mom I need to lose weight and I'll be fine....the problem is that I'm always tired I have a hard time working out :/ I still go to the gym 4 times a week but after 2 exercises I'm done working out.

As for everyone else who responded.... I will try the female hormone panel. Good looking out with the coupon codes and slick deals. Thx a lot for the advice everyone.

I Just wanna feel alive and manly.... I feel like an old man most of the time :(

Also is the price of an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) cheaper from a UGL than it is from rui.com? If so how much and is it worth looking into that?
