Can these affect HRT (SSRI and other drugs)?

Ya I hear it's really for depression but if you suffer from depression as well as OCD and anxiety as I do, I'm sure that it will at least improve your life somehow. If your happy you won't be as stressed or focus on your compulsions, maybe? So Paxil did not mess with erection, energy or body comp? I just reall wanna stay away from any ssri meds as they are harsh on body IMO. Most mental health drugs are.

Everyone responds differently...Just because one med caused ED for someone, doesnt meant the same will occur for you. You were on zoloft and had issues with ED. I was on zoloft and never had one problem with sexual function. I dont necessarily agree that they're harsh on the body...I think they can be harsh on your motivation if you overshoot the mark...

I also want to try adderall or vivanx to help focus but I know these screw with appetite a lot

Do you have ADHD or ADD? The problem with these two drugs is that they build up a tolerance really quickly in a non-adhd user. Augmentation strategies have been used...Drug holidays with the use of L-Tyrosine is a decent one. Also need to be careful of worsening anxiety/panic.

There is pretty much always a reason. You just need to figure out what the triggers are. Have you ever worked witbph a psychologist? They can help you work through this.

I have. First doc wanted his patients in and out as soon as possible so he could see more people in a day. Second doctor was a pill pusher. Current doctor is nice but when we talk it seems like he's just creating the illusion of talk-therapy and gives me my meds.

I asked about proper counseling and there just isn't a high demand for it in Japan. It's sad really, considering the suicide rate. The closest I could get to a 'counselor' was a girl who took a 3 month course of some kind that 'certified' her to give advice.

Regarding the benzo withdrawal...I know that this will be the toughest part. I wouldn't wait on the valium..1.5mg of xanax is equal to 15mg of valium. I would keep the non-benzo hypnotic for now, as that will not be as difficult to taper. Google "Ashton Manual Taper" and learn it well, it will be your best friend. This isn't going to be easy without following that schedule.
